The office also includes ergonomic stand-up desks to support your physical health and productivity.Paid administrative time to support your workflow and client care.Weekly training, peer consultations, and opportunities for comprehensive training in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy).Hybrid work schedule with 3 in-office days per week.A supportive team culture that prioritizes professional growth, accountability, and collaboration.Key Responsibilities : Must be able to work between the hours of 11 AM to 7 PM, with two evening hours or Saturdays from 9 AM to 1 PM.Maintain a caseload of 20 clients weekly, with 25 clients scheduled to account for cancellations or no-shows, ensuring active licenses in Virginia or Washington, DC.Provide evidence-based, culturally sensitive therapy tailored to client needs.Complete documentation within 48 hours of each session.Participate in community and marketing events (2-3 times annually).Contribute to team meetings, case consultations, and the overall practice culture.Qualifications : Strong work ethic and ability to manage responsibilities efficiently.Excellent writing and communication skills.Collaborative nature with a love for teamwork and humor.Strong organizational skills.Exceptional ability to build rapport with clients.Passion for holistic and integrative care.Commitment to ongoing professional development and alignment with our core values.Who is Not a Good Fit : We value collaboration, accountability, and a commitment to professional growth.
