What You'll Do as an Account Manager Trainee:
- Build Relationships: Maintain professional business relationships with current and potential clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Drive Sales: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our service packages and close deals.
- Provide Top-Notch Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a seamless experience.
- Stay Informed: Continuously review product offerings, promotions, and new services to keep customers up-to-date.
- Collaborate & Create Solutions: Work closely with the sales team to create customized solutions that meet each client’s unique needs.
- Present & Demonstrate: Conduct engaging presentations and demos to showcase the value of our services.
- Accurate Data Entry: Ensure customer information is entered accurately and maintain confidentiality at all times.

- Sales & Service Savvy: Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
