We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic entry-level Account Manager Trainee to join our San Bernardino team. As an Account Manager Trainee, you will assist with customer enrollment by providing support to prospective clients throughout the sales process. This entry-level role will involve working closely with fellow team members to ensure a seamless customer experience, from initial inquiry to successful enrollment.
You will have the opportunity to develop foundational skills in entry-level sales, customer service, and client relationship management while contributing to the growth and success of the company.
Account Manager Trainee Responsibilities:
- Assist prospective customers with the enrollment process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Answer inquiries via direct in-person engagement, providing clear and accurate information regarding products, services, and enrollment procedures.
- Support the sales team in identifying and qualifying leads, assisting with customer outreach
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system and ensure timely follow-up as needed.
- Collaborate with the Account Manager Trainee team to track the progress of customer enrollments and resolve any issues or questions related to the process.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of educational materials and resources to new customers.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products or services and effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.
- Collect and relay feedback from new customers to improve sales and enrollment processes.
Qualifications of the Account Manager Trainee:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- No prior sales experience is required, but a passion for sales, and customer service, and a desire to learn are essential in every Account Manager Trainee we work with.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using CRM software and basic office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment and contribute to collective goals alongside other Account Manager Trainees.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-growing industry.
Preferred Skills (Optional):
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or as an Account Manager Trainee is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantage.
- Bilingual abilities can be a plus (if applicable).
