We're looking for talented Member Advisors to join our team. As a key member of our financial center, you'll process teller transactions, open new membership accounts, complete consumer loan applications, and provide general account information and support the overall operations of the branch.
Your role will involve identifying members' financial needs and offering Soarion Credit Union products and services to fulfill those needs. You'll strengthen relationships with members through face-to-face or phone conversations, cross-selling and up-selling credit union products and services that meet identified needs and maximize retention.
You'll be responsible for processing teller transactions, opening new membership accounts, completing consumer loan applications, and providing general account information and supporting the overall operations of the branch. You'll establish value-added relationships with members, understand their financial needs, and offer solutions for those needs.
A few of your responsibilities will include accurately processing financial transactions, opening and maintaining accounts, processing consumer loan applications according to Credit Union and regulatory compliance guidelines, and providing members with general account information regarding their account balances and transactions performed.
