Position Overview: Keeps official corporation records and executes administrative policies determined by or in conjunction with other officials by performing the following duties.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Composes and prepares confidential correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Manages supervisor's calendar and independently schedules appointments.
- Prepares memorandums outlining and explaining administrative procedures and policies to employees and monitors compliance.
- Assists manager with correspondence and detail schedules associated with the organization’s insurance programs
- Assists manager with collection of data associated with audits for the organization’s insurance programs
- Assists manager with filing of insurance claims
- Assists with posting of journal entries to the system for manger
- Directs preparation of records such as agenda, notices, minutes, and resolutions for meetings.
- Arranges complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries, compiles documents for travel-related meetings and accompanies supervisor when requested.
- Acts as custodian of Accounting documents and records.
- Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and collating.
