Primary Responsibilities:
- Gathering data, performing analysis, and escalating problems to resolve customer issues.
- Communicating effectively with HPE to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with the ASM on technical deliverables and ensuring hardware support meets expectations.
- Carrying out various hardware tasks, including installation, configuration, and break-fix.
- Escalating issues to HPE account and adhering to established procedures.
- Developing solutions for customers by combining technical expertise and business acumen.
- Addressing technical incidents independently or with team members' assistance.
- Recognizing potential escalations and alerting management.
- Providing proactive solutions to prevent issues within the area of responsibility.
- Implementing HPE solutions to satisfy complex customer requirements.
- Achieving a balance between internal and customer needs.
- Identifying opportunities for additional services that can drive revenue growth.
**Education and Qualification Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate degree holder with 2-3 years' experience in relevant fields.
- TS/SCI Clearance with specific polygraph required.
- Flexibility to work onsite at customer locations near Salt Lake City.
