**Hardware Support Engineer Role:**
We're looking for a Hardware Support Engineer to join our team at SOC LLC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data gathering, analysis, and escalation to resolve system or customer issues.
- Maintaining high customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Collaboration with the ASM on technical deliverables and ensuring hardware support meets expectations.
- Performing various hardware tasks, including installation, configuration, and break-fix.
- Escalating issues to HPE account and following established procedures.
- Creating solutions for customers by integrating technical knowledge and business understanding.
- Resolving technical incidents independently or collaboratively with team members.
- Identifying potential escalations and alerting management.
- Providing solutions to prevent problems in the area of responsibility.
- Applying HPE solutions to meet complex customer needs.
- Balancing internal and customer needs.
- Identifying additional services for revenue growth.
**Education and Experience Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate degree holder with 2-3 years' experience in related fields.
- TS/SCI Clearance with specific polygraph required.
- Ability to work onsite at customer locations near Salt Lake City.
