Primary Purpose
This position is responsible for helping develop business plans to help meet program goals and should demonstrate a solid program and project management skill set. This position will help develop ESAP online enrollment and Energy Education capabilities, Workforce, Education and Training (WE&T) initiatives, and program enrollment reporting for CPUC filings. This position may help manage and develop partnerships and contracts when applicable. This position requires a high level of analytical ability and is able to identify trends and develop systems necessary for quality program management, as well as opportunities to optimize current operational processes for greater efficiencies.
Duties and Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the administration, promotion, and coordination of smaller customer programs.
- Reviews and monitors contract performance and management, adherence to regulatory program rules and business controls.
- Creates customer acquisition capabilities, initiatives, procedures, and processes that ensure program success.
- Responsible for reporting, analytics, and program documentation.
- Responsible for monitoring program budgets and development of CPUC reporting tables and templates.
- Participates in segment and customer analysis.
- Regularly collaborates and coordinates with key stakeholders, and other utility counterparts to ensure program needs and goals are met.
- Monitors all aspects of customer communications, marketing and outreach activities associated with program promotion and customer participation.
- Performs other duties as assigned (no more than 5% of duties).
- Bachelor's degree in business, architecture, marketing, engineering or equivalent experience is required.
- 3-4 years of related experience is required.
- Recent competitive sales/marketing experience is preferred.
- Must have knowledge of energy efficiency and demand response programs.
- Strong aptitude for project management, strong interpersonal skills, strong communication skills, strong analytical skills.
