We are seeking a customer service professional to work with our team. The right candidate is willing to learn new information and be detail-oriented and able to effectively juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, while also working well on a team and communicating effectively with customers. Our candidate must be punctual, energetic, alert, friendly and social. Looking for Long Term candidate.
Qualifications:
- Some Quickbooks knowledge is a big plus but not mandatory. We can teach.
- Computer knowledge
- Dual language (Spanish) (MUST)
- Multitask
- Having Shopify, Ebay, Amazon experience is a big big plus
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and taking orders.
- Filling orders
- Invoicing and Billing
- Checking Orders
- Printing Shipping labels (Stamps.com/UPS)
- Help with new incoming inventory (making sure all products match the packing slip and check system for accuracy)
- Printing labels for new inventory
- Refill low stock inventory regularly
- Regularly checking emails for orders and questions
- Check voicemails
- Calling list of customers to update them on new products
- Help with Shipping including dropping off packages to driver
- Occasionally help with heavy boxes
- Help with ebay, Amazon orders.
- Daily everyday tasks
We do not have a parking structure. Best to travel to work by train or bus.
Salary : $31,000 - $33,000
