OVERVIEW
Community Relations Manager (CRM): Multi-Sport will be the primary point of contact for Institutional Outside Sales (High Schools, Colleges and other At-Once team sport channels). Ideally, this individual will have deep experience in outside sales, particularly a track-record of success in sporting-good sales as well as the ability to develop relationships with all sport community leaders. As such, they will be responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of all client requests and accountable for efficient delivery and invoicing.
The ideal candidate will be organized and articulate, with a focus on structured outbound communications. They should also work well in a team environment, proactively generate ideas for additional opportunities, and stay in-tune with the business landscape to evolve our partnerships and ensure an authentic Soccer Post experience. Candidates with a passion for getting things done will likely find themselves a strong cultural fit.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supports the company Mission and Vision and embodies the Soccer Post company values.
- Primary point of contact for institutional clients
- Responsible for providing proposals, processes and pricing to clients
- Participate in regular meetings and updates with internal and external stakeholders to keep all relevant parties informed about updates, timelines and approvals
- Establish, develop and nurture positive business, customer and vendor relationships with existing and potential partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and ensure accurate and timely communication to ensure on-time delivery
- Integrating our community partners into our Soccer Post in-store experiences.
- Responsible for ensuring timely submission and payment of invoices
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- 3 Years of outside sales experience, preferably in sporting goods
- Experience or interest in the Sports industry strongly preferred
- Excellent organization skills
- Must be self-motivated and driven
- Effective verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of MS office, Google suite and CRM software
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to travel to various client locations and events
- Occasional lifting/pushing up to 25 pounds
- Some periods of sitting at a desk while working on a computer
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
