What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service/Team Operations Associate position at Soccer Pro?
Provide quality customer service to the soccer community.
This includes selling soccer footwear, equipment, team uniforms, fan wear and other retail items.
Assist in printing and processing team uniforms.
Maintain and clean the store, inside and out. Includes sales floor, back room(s) and all bathrooms
Receive shipments, stock inventory, and re-fill the sales floor.
Soccer knowledge/experience required
Retail/customer service experience preferred
Must be able to lift 50 lbs, must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
