Key Role: The Park Coordinator is responsible for the company's partnerships and child enrollment in our Soccer Shots park programs. They are a passionate liaison introducing communities to our Soccer Shots mission. They will have quarterly goals to reach and relationships to maintain and will create tactics to grow enrollment within a particular program. Job Summary:
Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Coach 5-12 classes weekly
- Attend programs dept L10 meetings to contribute to the development of the business
- First up to attend events and marketing shifts necessary to grow Soccer Shots programs
- Adhere to programs & events budget and processes
- Ability to maintain a large number of relationships with schools, parks, and other community partners
- Distributing seasonal flyers, signs, and postcards to increase the number of enrollments
- Work autonomously and with a team
- Leverage their network to get new accounts
- Responsible for the growth of park programs minimum of 10% year over year
- Coachable
- Growth mindset (read books on sales, attend seminars, etc.)
- GREAT communication
- Ability to track and forecast trends based on
- Hit deadlines
- Knowledge and execution of guerrilla marketing
- Willing to complete 12 units in Early Childhood Education
- Mentors programs assistants and interns
- Ensures that all client and account information is accurate and up to date
- Double-check and proofread all client and account point of contact communications to ensure accuracy and clarity
- Track coach feedback on field conditions and location issues
- Follow all sales processes to ensure consistency
- Innovate and lead new sales initiatives and strategies
- Identify new sales targets, markets, and streams of revenue
Requirements:
- Coach 5-12 classes weekly
- Minimum of a 2-year commitment
- Hit sales goals quarterly
Hours and Pay: $44K-53K, ($21.50 -$25.50/hr and 40 hrs per week)
- Full-time position
For new locations where you land for Soccer Shots, you will receive a commission pay of $6 per child one time when there is a minimum of 10 children enrolled in a class at week 5. All refunds for closed classes for park fees and school fees must be completed and paid in order to receive a commission.
In addition, all schools and locations you manage will pay .5% of the gross revenue, not including the registration/membership fee with the 10-child minimum for the commission to be paid. Since many families take advantage of our split payments, and we get 40% more families enrolled after our start date, the commission reports are run on week 5, or week 12,(for winter/spring).
For contract / all play locations, the commission is .25% of the contract payment at the time Soccer Shots receives payment from the contract
