Soccer Shots staff must love children and soccer. Program Coordinators should have a background in a related field (e.g., education, teaching, sociology, sports management, business) and/or experience as a coach, teacher, instructor, or educator. They should be resourceful, professional, caring, and take initiative. They should also possess strong communication skills, acute attention to detail, the ability to prioritize many tasks, and great computer skills (word, excel, google cal/docs/sheets). You must have a positive attitude, and be hungry, humble, and smart.

- Coach Recruitment, Coaching, Coach Leadership, and Development (e.g., coaching all levels of sessions; recruiting, hiring, and training coaches)
