Job Type : Part-Time at $20 / hr - Training $15 / hr

Soccer Shots is a nationally recognized youth soccer program that focuses on character development and skill-building for children ages 2-9. We provide a positive and engaging learning experience for every child, with a strong emphasis on teaching life skills such as teamwork, respect, and confidence through the game of soccer.
Job Description :
Are you passionate about soccer and love working with children? Soccer Shots is looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Youth Soccer Coaches. As a coach, you will deliver our age-appropriate curriculum in a fun, safe, and engaging environment.
This is a part-time position with flexible hours, competitive pay, and an opportunity to make a lasting impact on young athletes in your community.
Responsibilities :
- Lead soccer classes for children ages 2-9.
- Create a positive, fun, and educational experience for every participant.
- Follow the Soccer Shots curriculum to teach soccer fundamentals and character-building concepts.
- Set up and break down equipment for each session.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during sessions.
- Enthusiasm for working with children and fostering their growth.
- Available between 9 : 00am - 2 : 00pm 2-3 days a week, not including Sundays. Late
- Knowledge of soccer fundamentals (playing / coaching experience preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from session locations.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Lives within 20 minutes of the area and is available for multiple seasons.
- Excellent communication with our leadership team, parents, and directors.
