We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach who will lead our children from ages 1 to 7 in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, or nanny) and enjoys working with children. This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education or child development. No soccer experience needed!
Assistant Coaches can expect to work 5-10 hours per week initially.
Responsibilities :
- Provide individual attention to ensure every child has success.
- Use a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun in a stress-free environment.
- Utilize positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success.
- Engage in continuous learning and improvement by attending regular trainings and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.
