What You'll Do
You’ll play a crucial role in supporting our loyal customers, helping clubs, and ensuring every interaction reflects our dedication to the sport.
  • Serve with Purpose: Engage with our customers via phone, email, chat, and in person, always with a smile and a solution.
  • Manage Club Accounts: Maintain contact with uniform coordinators and ensure accurate order processing. Attend off-site fittings and retail store location training sessions.
  • Stay Connected: Swiftly communicate updates on orders, resolve issues, and keep customers informed about their products.
  • Team Hub Champion: Get hands-on with our Team Hub system, adding products, maintaining updates, and providing feedback to enhance our capabilities.
  • Support Our Sales Team: Aid our sales staff by checking inventory, processing orders, and following up on customer inquiries.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter credit memos, refunds, payments, promo orders, and store orders into the system.

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
