We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager to work with our dating products.
Your main tasks will be:
- Facebook Ads campaigns launch and optimization;
- Reporting and analysis of advertising campaigns;
- Project & audience analytics via GA4, AppsFlyer, internal CRM and other tools;
- Channels scaling without CPA growth, improve ROI and other key metrics;
- Testing new targeting and ad types, landing page concepts and creative.
We expect from you:
- More than 3 years of relevant professional experience of working with Facebook channels in digital B2C environment;
- Extensive expertise in web and app promotion (with the main focus on web);
- Experience with international products (Tier-1/Asian markets will be huge advantage);
- Expertise in campaign optimization of by CPA, ROI;
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and AppsFlyer;
- English B2 ;
- Managing budgets from $100k /monthly.
