As we expand, we’re looking for a multi-talented Account Manager with graphic design skills who’s organized, creative, and client-obsessed.
Job Summary
This role is part client relationship manager, part creative partner. You’ll serve as the go-to person for several client accounts—overseeing timelines, communicating updates, and making sure our work aligns with their goals. You’ll also contribute directly to creative projects through graphic design support, mostly for social media, email, and marketing assets. This role is an independent contractor role with the opportunity to grow with the company
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Management & Strategy (60%)
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients—managing communication, timelines, and feedback.
- Understand each client’s brand, voice, and marketing goals to offer strategic guidance and creative direction.
- Collaborate with Social Ease’s internal team (content creators, designers, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of all deliverables.
- Monitor project deadlines and progress, proactively flagging needs or issues.
- Track results and provide ongoing insights to improve campaigns.
Graphic Design & Creative Execution (40%)
- Design on-brand graphics for social media, email campaigns, digital ads, and presentations.
- Create mood boards, templates, and branded assets as needed.
- Edit and update client-provided graphics and templates in Canva or Adobe Suite.
- Keep up with design trends and best practices to ensure fresh, modern visuals.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in account management, project coordination, or marketing preferred (agency experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and client communication.
- Proficiency in Canva (must), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign a plus).
- Experience designing for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in social media marketing or event branding.
- Familiarity with website platforms like Wix, WordPress, or Shopify is a bonus.
- Experience working independently or in a remote team environment.
