We’re seeking a Meta Strategist to join our team. This role is not client-facing but focuses on developing high-level strategies for Meta (Facebook and Instagram) accounts with monthly spends exceeding $100K. If you’re a Paid Social expert with a knack for analyzing performance data, identifying opportunities, and creating scalable strategies for large eCommerce accounts, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

As a Meta Strategist, your primary focus will be to:

• Strategize for Growth: Develop advanced Meta advertising strategies to scale eCommerce accounts while optimizing ROI and cost per acquisition (CPA).
• Team Leadership: Lead the Meta department in strategy development, troubleshooting and client growth initiatives.
• Analyze Performance: Dive deep into account data to identify trends, surface opportunities, and proactively recommend optimizations to improve campaign performance.
• Audience Segmentation: Utilize Meta’s audience tools to refine targeting strategies, ensuring ads reach high-value prospects and drive conversions.
• Creative Strategy Development: Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad copy and visuals align with strategic objectives and audience insights.
• Budget Allocation: Recommend optimal budget allocations and bid strategies to maximize returns on monthly ad spends over $100K.
• Competitor & Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, conduct competitive research, and integrate findings into actionable strategies.
• Tool Utilization: Leverage tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Supermetrics to enhance data-driven decision-making and reporting.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal media buyers and account teams to align strategies with execution and ensure seamless implementation.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: 3 years managing or strategizing for Meta ad accounts with monthly spends of $100K . Deep knowledge of eCommerce advertising and direct-response campaigns.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Expertise in analyzing data to inform decision-making and drive account growth. Proficiency with Meta tools and other reporting platforms.
• Strategic Vision: Proven ability to craft high-impact advertising strategies that scale accounts and achieve measurable results.
• Creative Insight: An understanding of ad creatives and messaging that resonate with diverse eCommerce audiences.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
