What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director, Brand Partnerships (New Business Sales) position at Social Native?

Brands like Unilever, Adidas, L’Oréal, Crocs, and Nestlé trust Social Native to enhance their paid and organic social strategies through user-generated content (UGC), branded content, and content editing solutions, ensuring they have the right creative assets to drive engagement and conversions.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Brand Partnership who will support the development and execution of marketing products that drive both revenue and growth. The Director of Brand Partnership will have commercial goals that must be achieved by developing new business prospects that convert to sales.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across marketing, customer success, product development and operations to support priority projects and clients.
- Create and pitch proposals that include SaaS, creator marketplace solutions and influencer marketing campaigns.
- Drive sales cycle by effectively conducting needs analysis, and proactively negotiate deals to close.
- Subject matter expert on the value and benefits of localized marketing at scale and how Social Native can solve widely misunderstood challenges.
- Secure new client meetings, present to prospects, and submit proposals.
- Collaborate with Account Management teams to help position and upsell existing clients.
- Identify partnership clients that can be converted into full time Social Native partners.
- Daily prospecting. Source partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails and / or client visits.
- Leverage sales collateral to showcase product values to clients.
- Primarily responsible for building long-lasting relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, identifying sales opportunities and determining areas of improvement for clients.
- Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management.
- Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners.
- Must follow standard KPIs outlined for role by management by developing new opportunities both inbound and outbound, convert leads to meetings and convert meetings to sales.
- Achieve or exceed quarterly and yearly targets that are outlined by management.
