Key Responsibilities
Support Different Learning Styles - Support development of curriculum using multiple synchronous and asynchronous training modalities, including instructor-led, micro-learning, blended learning, and online LMS training materials.
Design Engaging Training - Develop interactive e-learning modules, instructor-led sessions, micro-learning content, and playbooks tailored to different sales roles.
Support Sales Onboarding & Upskilling - Create and maintain up-to-date training resources for tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong.
Collaborate with SMEs - Work with product marketing, sales leadership, and customer success teams to ensure training is accurate, relevant, and aligned with business objectives.
Leverage Data & AI - Use platforms like Gong, Salesforce, and 6Sense to analyze sales conversations and refine training based on real-world insights.
Develop Learning Journeys - Build structured learning paths for new hires, ongoing skill development, and certification programs.
Enhance Engagement & Adoption - Apply adult learning principles, gamification, and blended learning strategies to drive engagement.
What We're Looking For
Experience - 1-3 years in instructional design, curriculum development, or sales training, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment.
Technical Skills - Proficiency in LMS platforms, content authoring tools (Articulate, Rise, Camtasia), and sales enablement software.
Sales Knowledge - Understanding of B2B sales processes, methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger), and the nonprofit sector is a plus.
Communication Skills - Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging training materials.
Data-Driven Approach - Comfortable using analytics to measure and improve training effectiveness.
Collaboration & Adaptability - Experience working cross-functionally and adjusting training to evolving sales needs.

Compensation
The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and in addition to benefits this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses / incentives, and equity.
US Base Salary Range : $50,000 - $75,000
