SVA’s Creative Internship Program offers students hands-on experience and mentorship with over 50 business partners nationwide. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Content Creator Intern for our client in the fitness/health industry. Must be able to commute to Richmond VA at least once a week to capture on-site content.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with team and help to develop Social and Digital campaigns from start to finish
- You’ll be working with the Social Media Manager to make sure running projects get carried out through the entire pitch and production process
- You’ll be focusing on developing concepts and executing Instagram feed posts and stories on a range of topics
- You will be creating the content to post on business and client social media accounts
- You’ll be at on-site locations to shoot, photograph, and film content for Instagram and Facebook
QUALIFICATIONS
- This person should be ready to pick up digital projects across the board at any given moment
- An interest or skill in photography or videography is necessary
- You’re open to learning and mastering any tools that will build your skills
- You are open to input and use it to grow
- Problem solver
- You are eager to learn and proactively pick up tasks and run with them
- Ability to quickly master our visual brand language and have the motivation and inventiveness to actively participate in its evolution
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Empathy for our customer and their needs as well as your teammates
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects in an environment that moves fast
- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
- Proficiency with iMovie, Photoshop, or Premiere Pro is a plus

- 6-month commitment
- Paid Internship
- Flexible hours (average 10-12 hours/week)
- Hybrid, must be able to commute to Richmond VA for content shoots
- Must be able to start ASAP
