We are looking for a promising Social Media & Public Relations (PR) Intern to support our team with various tasks. Our ideal candidate will be a creative PR or communications student, brimming with potential. A fervent interest in the field partnered with excellent writing, design and research skills are very important to us. If you’re well-organized, confident and an excellent communicator, we’d like to meet you!
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing and execution of events, campaigns etc.
- Conduct research to support PR and social media planning
- Assist in the creation of social media content
Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions
Skills:
- Understanding of PR, social media and marketing concepts and practices
- Willingness to follow industry trends and current methods
- Computer savvy; working knowledge of databases and design software (e.g. Canva and Photoshop) is a plus
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Well-organized, able to work with deadlines
- Demonstrate self-motivated skills
- Strong organizational, problem solving, multi-tasking and analytical skills
- Punctuality, professionalism and ambition
