Director of Clinical Support Services needed for full-time, temp to hire position in Philadelphia County.
The Director provides leadership and supervision for the Guest Relations and Concierge (Case Management) teams, ensuring effective service delivery and alignment with funding objectives. They develop strategies to monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, support professional development, and guide clinical interventions for guests in crisis. The role involves collaboration with internal and external partners, overseeing student internship programs, and fostering partnerships to enhance service coordination. Administrative responsibilities include optimizing workflow, managing data collection and reporting, overseeing funding contracts and budgets, and maintaining compliance with quality standards. The Director represents BSL at community meetings, advocates for its service model, and works closely with the Chief Program Officer to implement the best practices.
Position Requirements
PA LSW and 6 years in social services, including supervisory experience in a multi-service setting supporting individuals affected by poverty, incarceration, housing and food insecurity, mental health challenges, trauma, and substance use.
