Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources at Social Catfish. This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with employment laws, managing employee benefits and compensation, fostering positive employee relations, overseeing recruitment and onboarding, and supporting the professional growth of our team. The HR Manager will play a key role in maintaining a healthy and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Develop and manage compensation structures to ensure fairness and competitiveness in the market.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and conflicts professionally and confidentially.
- Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a secure workplace.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Promote a positive company culture and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR-related software is a plus.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred but not required.
Salary : $75,000 - $87,000
