- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Assist with personal errands and tasks as required.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Act as a point of contact between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
