Responsibilities
Department primary functions include trading of loans in the secondary market and credit analysis of loans for trading or finance purpose. The Department activities include monitoring of exposures, marking and PNL generation. Globally acts as a central actor in the scope of loan trading / financing, making the link with all business partners within the chain.
The candidate will assist or be responsible in the following activities :
- Credit analysis for issuers belonging to the CLO warehouse and Flow portfolio
- Report on trading volumes, PNL, and secondary trading activity - weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
- Report on the loan market : primary and secondary activity, ETF and fund flows, CLO issuance - weekly
- Interact with Bangalore on PNL reconciliation
- Interact with Risq on Risk-metrics reconciliation and monitoring (Var, sVar, PvBp, Spread x2)
- Interact with Commandos to develop tools to track trading and client activity
- Support on settlement activities
- Monitor corporate action related to the book exposure
- Monitor clients and dealers KYC status, trading limits, limit availability and limit consumption
- Monitor news, earnings, price actions keeping traders informed of critical issues
- Conduct financial analysis of the portfolio
- Help to build axe sheet, propose names
- Prepare BWICs and OWICs spreadsheet
- Respond promptly to live Bloomberg requests by trades
- Be proficient in the use of Bloomberg, Moody's, S&P Markit

The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE in New York is to begin as soon as possible, but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 18 months.
In case a visa is necessary, please make sure your passport is valid up to 6 months after the end of the VIE contract to not delay your departure.
