POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Assistant will work in the office and report to the Vice President of Business Development and Marketing.The individual in this position assists with all aspects of producing proposals, collateral, and communications.The Marketing Assistant is responsible for maintaining and organizing information, materials, and supplies and performing other duties that support Nibbi’s continued growth and success.This is a full-time, non-exempt position.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Assist with creating, producing, and posting marketing products, including, but not limited to, physical material such as proposals, social media postings, and video recordings, utilizing company-designated software or applications.
Organize and maintain marketing data, files, supplies, and branded items.
Assisted with special events, including assembling supplies and promotional materials for shipping and invitations, setting up displays, venue preparation, and other logistics.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with producing, editing, assembling, and printing qualifications, proposals, and presentations.
- Information management, including collecting, organizing, and maintaining historical information, boilerplate topics for use in proposals, and various department reports
- Assist with creating content for marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, etc.
- Maintain accurate information on Nibbi.com and OneNibbi (Nibbi’s Intranet).
- Maintain Client Relationship Management (“CRM”) database.
- Order and maintain inventory of company promotional items and apparel.
- Organize and maintain department information and files.
- Assist with events such as college recruiting, client holiday party, Nibbi Town Hall meetings, and safety events.
- Contribute ideas for improving marketing standards and processes; and
- Support social media efforts as needed, including researching trends relevant to the AEC industry.
