REQUIRED GENERAL Bachelor’s degree preferred or related work experience. Experience in customer service, administrative support, or membership—preferably with an association or non-profit. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to rapidly learn and use new technology and software. REQUIRED TECHNICAL Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Working knowledge of, and experience with the use of database and association management systems (data entry, production of queries, reports, and forms). NICE TO HAVE CAE (Certified Association Executive) or similar certification.
