As a Loan Officer Assistant, you will learn Society Mortgage's process from the ground up for three months before growing into a role as a Mortgage Loan Officer. Our training process has proven to build great loan officers and individuals who excel in the mortgage industry.

Responsibilities:
- Call interested home buyers
- Build rapport with clients
- Qualify leads and transfer to Loan Officers
- Learn about qualifications for a mortgage loan
- Gain knowledge on the mortgage loan process
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Licensed with NMLS not required
- College degree preferred
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, no weekends
Location: Fully on-site in Fort Lauderdale, FL
