As a Loan Officer Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our mortgage team by managing loan applications, handling client communications, and ensuring a seamless loan process. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to client service.

Responsibilities:
- Organize and administer emails, calls, and loan applications
- Follow up on required loan documents and assist with setup
- Manage and maintain the book of business
- Conduct occasional real estate office visits to foster relationships
- Provide top-tier customer service and communication
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
- Prior administrative or customer service experience preferred
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, no weekends
