The Yale Department of Anesthesiology Residency Program, recognized as a cornerstone of excellence in medical education, is seeking a visionary Residency Program Director to lead its esteemed training program. With over 80 residents and exposure to 15 subspecialties, including cardiac, neuro, pediatric, and obstetric anesthesia, the program equips its trainees to excel in both academic and community settings. The successful candidate will be a board-certified anesthesiologist with significant experience in graduate medical education and a proven ability to lead diverse teams.
