What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager of Events and Programs position at Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR)?
Responsibilities
- Coordinates conference registration process and weekly reporting of registration statistics.
- Orders all registration supplies and swag for registration for registration experience.
- Manages onsite registration and primary liaison with onsite registration company
- Oversee and manage all conference shipping.
- Manage the production of the conference app.
- Perform and execute all functions of the database event module : Event set up in AMS, schedule of events, sponsors, speakers and post show recording.
- Provides meetings and event support and services to the SIOR Foundation as needed.
- Works with all internal stakeholders of committees and member groups to facilitate breakout sessions.
- Review marketing emails and other items for all events.
