Job Description :
A prestigious private family office based in Great Neck, NY, with an additional corporate office in Manhattan, seeks a high-energy and detail-oriented Corporate Hostess to join a dynamic and fast-paced team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring seamless hospitality services, overseeing dining and conference room operations, and maintaining an organized and welcoming environment for executives and guests.

Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate and oversee the setup, delivery, and presentation of food and beverages for luncheons, dinners, meetings, and corporate events.Maintain stock levels in all corporate kitchens, ensuring they are well-supplied with food, beverages, and essentials.Handle the cleaning and maintenance of dishes, linens, and serving equipment.Ensure the cleanliness, orderliness, and upkeep of all kitchen spaces, conference rooms, and common areas in both locations.Manage and arrange fresh flower displays to enhance office aesthetics.Organize and facilitate daily lunch orders for executives and corporate staff.Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages to the appropriate contacts.Oversee and manage inventory for company store orders within the corporate office.Provide hands-on support for hosting clients, board members, and guests with a high level of service and professionalism.Assist with planning and executing small-scale corporate events and special gatherings.Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate early mornings, late evenings, or occasional weekend coverage based on corporate needs.Qualifications & Experience :
2 to 4 years of experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or corporate hosting.Valid Driver’s License and ability to commute between Great Neck and Manhattan offices as needed.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Outlook.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to anticipate needs.Ability to work collaboratively and interact professionally with executives, clients, and colleagues at all levels.Prior experience in a private office, luxury hospitality, or fine dining environment is a plus.Highly professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and discretion.Adaptable, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.Poised, polished, and comfortable handling high-profile guests and executives.Positive and energetic approach with a strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond.SSIN123
