We are looking for a dynamic candidate to fill our Bookkeeper/Office Manager position.
This position is responsible for accounting duties such as: Invoicing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Reconciliations, Tracking Fixed Assets, Sales, Use & Excise Taxes, Oversee Payroll, Account Collections, Bank Deposits, and other tasks as requested. They will also be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a busy office environment including but not limited to administrative functions, customer service, maintaining accurate company and employee files, and other duties as needed.
The ideal candidate will be a reliable self-starter, able to work well with others, have strong attention to detail, strong organizational skills, as well as maintaining confidentiality and accountability.
QuickBooks experience is required.
