Role Overview
As a Space Planner at Sodexo supporting one of our Oil & Gas clients, you will oversee, lead, and implement all space planning activities, with additional responsibilities that may include maintenance, janitorial services, building security, and mail services.
What You'll Do
- Manages and updates facilities inventory, including space classification, utilization data, and information on new construction or renovations.
- Conducts feasibility studies, analyzes space needs, and prepares detailed reports to support planning and recommendations for future space requirements.
- Coordinates facility changes, tracks trends, and collaborates with management to address space utilization issues and ensure resolution.
