The Senior Marketing Specialist will oversee marketing initiatives, from visual merchandising to social media engagement, ensuring alignment with business goals and marketing strategies.

What You'll Do
- Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance brand presence.
- Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and track engagement to support marketing goals.
- Design and implement creative visual merchandising strategies to promote dining locations and services.
- Oversee event planning and engagement activities, ensuring a consistent brand message across all touchpoints.
- Serve as the point of contact for meal plan questions and presentations, collaborating with university departments and seeking new partnership opportunities.
- Manage and mentor a team, including hourly assistants and student interns, providing training and fostering team development.
- Ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives with strong attention to detail.
