Location : We are seeking an experienced Food Track / POS Admin for BJCC, Legacy Arena, and Proactive Stadium in Birmingham, LA .
Principal Function :
Must be able set up Point of Sale devices and enter unit product orders.
Deploy workstations, servers, printers, scanners, firewalls, encryption systems, and appliances
security systems.
Ensure the integrity and security of enterprise data on host computers, multiple databases, and
during data transfer in accordance with business needs and industry best-practices regarding
privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Perform Data Entry for the Purchasing Department
- Perform and test routine system backups and restores.
- Anticipate, mitigate, identify, troubleshoot, and correct hardware and software issues on servers,
and workstations; Respond to outages or system downtime efficiently and effectively.
- Set up, handout, and collect POS devices after events.
- Recommend, schedule, and perform software and hardware upgrades, patches and
reconfigurations as directed by corporate IT.
Conduct research on emerging products, services, protocols, and standards in support of
systems software procurement and development efforts.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling POS devices transactions
