Sodexo is seeking a Senior Manager, Consumer and Client Insights
This is a remote role
Will help drive the insights agenda for Sodexo’s North America Campus and Government businesses to identify meaningful solutions and innovation to elevate and enhance our programs. Will support Sodexo’s profitable growth strategy by ensuring the voice of the consumer is represented in key business decisions. Will create strong partnerships with and influence internal cross-functional stakeholders to help solve critical business issues and maximize the impact of insights. This position sits within the Campus and Government Marketing team.
The successful candidate will:
- Lead the development of insights to support the segment marketing strategy around new product development, digital offers, food innovation, marketing and communications, and facilities management services.
- Explore, define, and evaluate market and consumer trends that will impact the business and our clients and consumers in the short- and long-term.
- Manage ongoing research initiatives and planning at the unit-level, as needed, to assist our sales and retention teams with identifying potential growth opportunities and unit-level trends.
- Maintain a pulse on key competitor brands and products to strengthen our understanding of the competitive landscape.
- Oversee the client and customer satisfaction programs to proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client relationship and guest experience.

40% - Lead the development of insights to support the segment marketing strategy around offer development, digital, facilities management, and food innovation, field marketing, and communications.
20% - Explore, define, and evaluate market and consumer trends that will impact the business and our clients and consumers in the short- and long-term.
20% - Manage ongoing research initiatives and planning at the unit-level, as needed, to assist our sales and retention teams with identifying potential growth opportunities and unit-level trends.
10% - Maintain a pulse on key competitor brands and products to strengthen our understanding of the competitive landscape.
10% - Oversee the Client and Customer Experience program to proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client relationship and guest experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceBasic Functional Experience: 3 years
