Nail Salon Front End Coordinator/ Receptionist

Job Summary
The Front End Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the front end of our beauty and wellness establishment. This position is responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience by managing staff, maintaining high standards of service, and promoting our range of beauty services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cosmetology and have exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train front-end staff to ensure exceptional customer service and adherence to company policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the front end area.
• Assist clients with inquiries regarding services such as eyelash extensions, nail care, hair extensions, and more.
• Promote services through effective upselling techniques to enhance client satisfaction and business revenue.
• Ensure that all equipment is properly sanitized and maintained according to health regulations.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop promotional strategies that highlight our services, including dermabrasion and hair threading.
• Stay updated on industry trends, including color theory, to provide informed recommendations to clients.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner, ensuring resolution aligns with company standards.

Skills

• Proficient in eyelash extensions application techniques and nail care practices.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols within a beauty setting.
• Familiarity with color theory principles relevant to hair and beauty services.
• Experience in dermabrasion techniques is a plus.
• Background in cosmetology with skills in hair extensions and threading preferred.
• Ability to effectively upsell services while maintaining a positive client experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
