Nail Salon Front End Coordinator

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Front End Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front-end services in a dynamic salon environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cosmetology and related services, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while managing a team of beauty professionals. This role requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for the beauty industry.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of front-end staff, including hair stylists, estheticians, and nail technicians.
• Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices in hair styling, eyelash extensions, hair threading, nail care, and other beauty services.
• Oversee the sanitation and cleanliness of workstations and tools to comply with health regulations.
• Manage inventory levels for beauty products and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
• Promote salon services and products to enhance sales performance.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members to foster professional growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the beauty industry with skills in hair styling, eyelash extensions, hair threading, nail care, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatment, cosmetology, barbering, and hair extensions.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to sanitation standards.
• A valid cosmetology or barbering license is preferred.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
