HR Manager

Soelect Inc. is a fast-growing, multi-patented clean technology startup located in Greensboro, NC. Soelect has developed an advanced lithium metal composite anode that, when combined with a solid-state or liquid electrolyte, significantly increases energy density, power and safety while also lowering manufacturing costs through our patented material design and proprietary processes.

Position Brief

· HR Manager / Office Department

· FT Position: 40hrs per week / On-site M-F / Greensboro, NC.

· Wage range: Negotiable and will be based on experience, up to $60,000 to 85,000.

Qualifications

· B.S. degree with 7 years , at least in industries or profit organizations, especially, human resources experience and/or training or equivalent.

· Experience in recruiting and employee relations capacity preferred.

· HR Certification is desirable (PHR, SPHR, GPHR, SHRM).

· Global mobility experience with immigration law is desirable.

· Experience in a large manufacturing environment a plus.

· Strong communication skills with the ability to lead at all levels.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver in short time frame

· Ability to work extra hours as necessary when the workload demands.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Manage the recruitment and selection process

· Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

· Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

· Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

· Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

· Nurture a positive working environment

· Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

· Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
