The Inside Sales Associate will primarily focus on handling inbound inquiries, assisting with lead and order processing, and providing excellent customer service to potential and existing clients. This role is essential in ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate information, quotes, and support throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inbound Lead and Order Management:
o Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
o Assist potential customers by providing detailed product information, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.
o Process leads and potential projects accurately, ensuring all details such as pricing, product specifications, and customer information are correct.
2. Customer Support and Engagement:
o Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions that meet customer needs.
o Assist customers with product selection, ensuring they find the best solutions for their specific requirements.
o Prepare and deliver product quotes based on customer specifications and pricing guidelines.
o Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any post-sale concerns.
3. Lead Management and CRM Support:
o Enter and maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM system.
o Assist the sales team by updating customer records, tracking interactions, and ensuring data integrity.
o Help qualify inbound leads and route them to the appropriate sales representatives for further action.
o Support the Sales Director in maintaining an organized and efficient CRM database.
4. Sales Support:
o Assist in the preparation of sales materials, including product brochures, quotes, and order confirmations.
o Provide administrative support to the Sales Director and sales team, including report generation and scheduling.
o Help coordinate and prepare for trade shows and events, including managing materials and following up on leads generated from these activities.
5. Product Quoting and Documentation:
o Prepare and send product quotes to customers based on their specific needs and pricing guidelines.
o Ensure all quotes are accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with company pricing strategies.
o Maintain organized records of all quotes, orders, and customer interactions for easy reference and follow-up.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role is a plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
