We are seeking a Converting Asset Leader to oversee and optimize the performance of assigned
converting assets. This role is responsible for ensuring excellence in safety, environmental compliance, quality, productivity, and cost management while driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Converting Asset Leader will also manage and develop a technical team, including process engineers and technicians, to enhance overall efficiency and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols, investigating incidents, and leading
behavioral safety programs.
- Oversee Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) compliance and environmental regulations.
- Maintain and improve product quality, ensuring audits, corrective actions, and product development
support.
- Set and achieve production goals, drive loss elimination, and implement problem-solving tools.
- Lead Daily and Weekly Operating Reviews (DOR/WOR) and manage operational budgets
efficiently.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing technical team, supporting training programs and SOP
implementation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of three years of experience in manufacturing or engineering.
- At least one year of supervisory experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel with the ability to learn production-related programs.
- Knowledge of machinery, equipment, and industry best practices.
- Ability to work in a high-speed environment with exposure to noise, heat, and chemicals.
- Must stand, walk, and climb while wearing required PPE.
