Maintenance Electrical Supervisor – Sofidel Tissue

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise electrical maintenance employees, ensuring adherence to preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to develop the team.
- Assign and oversee daily tasks for the electrical maintenance team.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, site procedures, and best practices.
- Manage and maintain preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Assist with electrical troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Oversee service contracts and manage contract labor for maintenance projects.
- Collaborate with planners to minimize scheduling disruptions.
- Communicate with the Production Department to identify and resolve equipment issues.
Requirements:
- High school diploma; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in a maintenance department within a paper mill or converting facility.
- Minimum three (3) years of direct supervisory experience in an industrial setting.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to read schematics, work instructions, and electrical diagrams.
- Knowledge of JD Edwards or similar maintenance management systems.
