Job Description: Bartender

Responsibilities:
- Take orders, make beverages, serve beverages, sell food, and build repeat clientele.
- Familiarize yourself with current marketing initiatives and upcoming events to proactively inform guests.
- Maintain a high level of pace and intensity while engaging guests and personalizing their experience.
- Communicate effectively with management and serving reps to ensure efficient customer flow.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of commonly ordered drinks and ability to make suggestions.
- Excellent time management and organization skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to take direction and execute team and company objectives.
- Basic knowledge of Point of Sale system.
