Minimum 8 yrs of experience in Performance engineering and testing.
The resource should talk to stakeholders and understand the performance testing requirements.
Deep dive into current technology/application landscape and performance testing processes à Create heat map.
Prepare estimates and provide a roadmap for performance testing activities.
Design performance test strategy, work load modelling, performance test script design, Scenario creation, test execution, Interim report preparation, Defect creation, Test closure report preparation
