Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day monitoring of trade reporting activity for all Edward Jones branch offices and traders for Equity and Fixed Income trades. This includes ensuring RTRS and TRACE-eligible securities are reported accurately and within regulatory guidelines.
- Reconcile unsatisfactory trade reports daily and communicate any issues to Trading, Compliance and Trade Operations with a proposed solution.
- Must be able to make decisions independently after completing the training based on facts related to the issue in question.
- One or more years of financial services industry experience is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Decisions must be made in a timely manner (often within a 15-minute regulatory requirement). It is important to note that decisions made can impact the firm and lead to regulatory actions and monetary fines by FINRA, MSRB, SEC or others.
- Bachelor's degree in business with emphasis in Finance and/or Accounting is preferred.
- Willing to consider someone with relevant experience in lieu of Degree
