We are looking for energetic, passionate, tech-savvy Customer Support Specialist with natural people skills & customer service instincts to become an integral part of our team!
Our company is looking for a Retention Specialist to join our customer service team. You will use active listening skills to understand customer concerns and work to provide them with solutions. In this proactive support role, we expect you to be able to get in front of issues as soon as possible and give us feedback on how to improve client retention. We will provide training on the products or services we offer so you can educate customers on the true value of our company.
Support Specialist Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive support and active listening
- Address customer concerns and provide solutions
- Educate customers on the value of our services
- Provide internal feedback on how to improve client retention
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Support Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Computer proficiency, experience with Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A proactive team player with the ability to multitask, think creatively, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Someone who’s detail-oriented and has a high sense of urgency
- An ideal candidate is self-directed and sets a high bar for themselves and their work
- 1 year investing or trading in with the stock market
The right candidate possesses strong strategic thinking skills, a passion or deep interest in the stock market, experience in trading options, and is great with time management and organization.
Having experience in in an investment related industry (wealth management, asset management, equity research, Investment banking, etc)
OR experience in customer service roles BUT ALSO trades stocks/options on the side
