Position: IT Project Manager
Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL (Onsite)
Duration: 6 months
MUST HAVE: IT PM experience in cybersecurity exercises or incident response.
Estimated Duration: 10 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client
Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Palm Beach Gardens, FL (required);
• Experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on Information Technology;
• Experience assisting with planning, coordination, and documentation of cybersecurity tabletop exercises and drills;
• Experience supporting scenario development, stakeholder coordination, exercise facilitation, and capturing lessons learned.
• Experience in cybersecurity exercises or incident response;
• Experience working in the energy industry
Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, and milestones;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables;
• Assess risks and create mitigation strategies for successful outcomes;
• Oversee deployment of security software, ensuring compliance with best practices;
• Coordinate with IT and security teams for seamless software integration;
• Communicate project progress and manage expectations with stakeholders;
Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular status updates.
